Online stores that sell, not just list products

Fast, conversion-focused stores built in code with Stripe checkout and automated invoicing. Headless architecture, so the storefront never slows down as the catalogue grows and no platform decides what you are allowed to build.

Four things that decide whether a store works

Built around the checkout

A store has one job. Every decision — how product pages are structured, how many steps the checkout takes, what happens to an abandoned cart — is made against that single measure rather than against how it looks in a portfolio.

Product pages that load instantly

Every second of delay costs conversions, and mobile shoppers are the least patient. Code-built pages with no theme overhead and no plugin stack load in well under a second even on a poor connection.

Payment and invoicing that just work

Stripe or a gateway appropriate to your market, with automated invoice generation included rather than sold as an upgrade. Buyer trust is baseline equipment, not a premium feature.

A person, not a ticket queue

You are trained on the system and then you email the person who built it. No account manager relaying your question to someone you never speak to.

Two builds

Both sit on the core foundation and the Complex CMS module, which is what makes the product data yours rather than the platform's.

Migrating an existing store

The riskiest part of any replatform is not the products. It is the URLs.

URL mapping first

Every existing product, category and content URL is mapped to a destination before anything is built. An unmapped migration can erase years of accumulated search visibility in a single afternoon.

Data comes across whole

Products, variants, categories, customer accounts and order history. What can be moved is moved; what cannot is flagged before you commit, not discovered afterwards.

Monitored after launch

Rankings and crawl behaviour are watched for the first month so any redirect that misfires gets caught while it is still cheap to fix.

Questions about online stores

Which platform do you build on?

Headless, with the storefront built as code and the product data in a content system you control. Payments run through Stripe or a regional gateway that suits your market.

That means no theme limitations, no plugin conflicts and no performance ceiling imposed by someone else's platform.

Can you migrate my existing store?

Yes — products, categories, customer accounts, order history and URL structure. The URL mapping matters most: an unmapped migration can wipe out years of accumulated search visibility overnight.

Migration is quoted separately because effort depends entirely on the state of the current data.

How many products can it handle?

The Lite build covers up to twenty products and suits a focused range. Above that, the Pro build uses a headless architecture that handles thousands without the storefront slowing down.

If you are between the two, say so on the call and I will tell you which is honestly the better value.

Is invoicing and tax handled?

Invoice generation is integrated as standard in both builds. Tax configuration depends on where you sell — domestic only is simple, EU cross-border VAT (OSS) and UK post-Brexit rules need setting up properly, and that is scoped during the project.

Tell me what you are trying to sell

Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. You describe the business, I tell you what I would build, roughly what it costs, and whether it is worth doing at all.
