Client projects and in-house products

Real work across hospitality, food, coaching, wholesale, travel and software. Each one had a specific problem that a website was the right answer to — and in a couple of cases, one where it very nearly was not.

HospitalityDirect booking

Riverside Guesthouse

A three-bedroom guesthouse on a river backwater, taking bookings directly instead of paying commission on every stay to a booking portal.

Portals take a cut of every night and own the customer relationship. The build put availability, seasonal rates and payment on the property's own site, with the amenities that actually drive the decision — private jetty, year-round hot tub, seasonal pool — given the prominence a portal listing never allows.

CoachingGerman-languageStorytelling

Szeder Coaching

German-language site for an Austrian swim-coaching practice, built entirely around one story.

The business is named after a dog, and that story is the reason people choose it over a cheaper coach. Rather than burying it on an about page, the whole structure is built around the narrative, with offers, gallery, testimonials and enquiry flow arranged to follow it.

FoodCMSDelivery integration

Kovásztanya Bakery

An artisan sourdough bakery whose product range changes with what came out of the oven.

A bakery cannot wait for a developer to update a product list. The content system lets staff change the range daily from a phone, with delivery-platform ordering wired directly into the product pages. Warm, natural design that matches what the shop actually feels like.

MSM Chicken Goods

A premium food producer and wholesaler, rebuilt on technical SEO foundations with an ongoing content programme.

B2B buyers in this category research suppliers by search long before they contact anyone. The rebuild fixed the technical foundations first, then ran a monthly content programme targeting the questions those buyers actually ask. Organic clicks grew roughly fourfold across the first quarter.

DOL Travel

A travel agency specialising in structured school travel programmes.

The business ran on an inbox full of unformatted enquiries that took hours to make sense of. A structured request system with clear programme descriptions replaced it, so enquiries arrive complete and comparable.

GamePWAOwn product

Void Survivors

A browser-based roguelike with neon cyberpunk visuals, offline support and global leaderboards.

An in-house product built to push what a browser can do without an install. Progressive web app architecture, real-time leaderboards, and performance tight enough to hold sixty frames per second on mid-range phones.

FinTechDashboardOwn product

StockTrackr

A portfolio tracking and equity valuation dashboard with a discounted cash flow calculator.

An in-house product handling live market data at scale without the interface stalling. The valuation engine runs a full DCF model client-side, which is the kind of problem that decides whether an architecture was chosen well.

What these have in common

Different industries, different budgets, same three non-negotiables.

Built in code

No page builder, no theme, no plugin stack. Which is why they load quickly and why nothing breaks when something else updates.

Structured for search from day one

Keyword targeting and information architecture decided before design starts. Retrofitting SEO onto a finished site is expensive and only ever partially works.

Handed over properly

Documentation, training and the code itself. Every client can take their site to another developer tomorrow without a migration project.

Tell me what you are trying to sell

Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. You describe the business, I tell you what I would build, roughly what it costs, and whether it is worth doing at all.
