SEO that earns rankings instead of renting them
The best product in your market stays invisible if buyers cannot find it. Technical foundations first, then content and authority — measurable organic growth without paying for every click, and without tactics that collapse at the next algorithm update.
Why the first page decides everything
39.8%
Goes to position one
The first organic result takes close to two in five clicks on a typical query.
68.7%
Goes to the top three
Roughly two-thirds of all organic clicks never leave the first three results.
0.78%
Reaches page two
Fewer than one in a hundred searchers clicks through to the second page of results.
~90%
Research in search first
The large majority of business buyers begin with a search engine before contacting anyone.
Click-distribution figures are industry aggregates and vary by query type, device and whether an AI summary appears. Treat them as orders of magnitude rather than precise constants — the pattern they describe is stable, the exact percentages are not.
Start with a free site check
A one-page scorecard within 48 hours plus a 20-minute call: where you are visible, what is technically broken, who is beating you, and the three largest opportunities. No charge and no obligation to buy anything afterwards.
Technical state
Crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, mobile behaviour, structured data, canonical and redirect health.
Visibility now
What you rank for, what you nearly rank for, and which pages are cannibalising each other.
Competitors
Who occupies your top three, what they are doing that you are not, and where the gap is realistically closable.
Priorities
Three actions ranked by effort against likely return, so you can act on them yourself if you prefer.

What the work actually consists of
Technical
Crawl and index control, Core Web Vitals, canonical and hreflang correctness, redirect chains, structured data, log-file review on larger sites. Unglamorous, and usually where the fastest gains are.
On-page and content
Keyword mapping against real search intent, titles and descriptions, heading structure, internal linking, and articles written to answer a question rather than to hit a word count.
Authority
Earned placements through digital PR, industry publications and partnerships. No networks, no purchased links, nothing that leaves you exposed to a manual action.
Questions about SEO
How long before I see results?
For a site with existing authority, technical fixes can move rankings within four to eight weeks. For a brand-new domain, expect three to six months before meaningful organic traffic and longer in a competitive niche.
Anyone promising page one in thirty days is either targeting phrases nobody searches or is about to do something that gets you penalised.
Can you guarantee a number one ranking?
No, and neither can anyone else. Google's own guidance says to be sceptical of any SEO who guarantees rankings.
What can be committed to is the work: the technical fixes, the content published, the pages optimised, the links earned — and monthly reporting so you can see exactly what moved.
Do I need the monthly plan or is the one-off setup enough?
The one-off Foundation fixes what is broken and gives you a strategy. If your market is quiet and your competitors are inactive, that may hold you for a year.
In a contested market, competitors publish every week. Standing still means sliding down. The monthly plans exist for that situation, and they require the Foundation first because optimising content on a technically broken site wastes your money.
What is the minimum commitment?
Monthly SEO runs on a six-month minimum. Below that the data is too thin to tell whether the work is succeeding, and I would rather not take money for something neither of us can evaluate.
Do you do link building?
Yes, on the Growth and Dominance plans, and only through genuine placements — digital PR, industry publications, resource pages and partnerships.
No private blog networks, no bought links, no directory spam. Those work briefly and then cost you far more than they ever earned.
Tell me what you are trying to sell
Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. You describe the business, I tell you what I would build, roughly what it costs, and whether it is worth doing at all.
