Web design and development, priced module by module

Forget rigid packages. There is one mandatory technical foundation, and then you assemble the project from exactly the parts your business needs — seeing the price of each one before you agree to anything.

Why modular pricing exists

Agencies tend to do one of two things. They sell fixed packages padded with features you will never use, so the headline price looks competitive. Or they quote bespoke, which hides the number until you are too invested to walk away.

One mandatory foundation

The €649 core covers the technical work every serious site needs — speed, security, structure, search readiness. It is not optional because a site without it is a liability dressed as an asset.

Then choose from a menu

Three more pages? A blog? A second language? A store? Tick the modules, leave the rest. Nothing is bundled in to inflate the total.

The number is the number

The calculator shows your total to the euro. It is confirmed in writing after the first call and it does not move unless you change what you want built.

Six groups. Take what you need, in any combination.

How a project runs

Four stages, each with a defined end point so you always know where the project is.

Conversation

Thirty minutes on what the business sells, who buys it and what is currently failing. You leave with a scope and a fixed price. No charge, no obligation.

Structure

Sitemap, page-by-page keyword targeting and wireframes. This is where SEO is decided — not bolted on after launch when the structure is already wrong.

Build

Design, then code, on a staging URL you can watch progress on. Two rounds of revisions are included at each stage.

Launch and after

Redirects mapped, analytics verified, sitemap submitted, training delivered. Rankings monitored for a month in case anything needs correcting.

Questions about the build

Why modular instead of packages?

Fixed packages force you to pay for things you do not need so the agency can hit a price point. Fully bespoke quoting hides the cost until you are already invested.

Modules split the difference: a mandatory technical foundation, then a menu. You see every line item and its price before you commit.

What is actually in the €649 foundation?

A hand-built, single-page site with no template or page builder underneath it. Responsive across phone, tablet and desktop. Core Web Vitals optimised. Semantic HTML with correct heading structure. Meta titles and descriptions, canonical tags, Open Graph images, an XML sitemap, robots.txt and JSON-LD structured data. A contact form with spam protection. SSL, hosting setup and a custom 404 page.

Everything else on this page is built on top of that.

Can I start small and add modules later?

That is the intended path for most clients. Launch with the foundation and a few content pages, see what the traffic tells you, then add the blog, the second language or the store when there is evidence you need them.

Adding a module later costs the same as buying it at the start.

Do you offer a payment schedule?

Projects are split into two or three instalments tied to milestones — typically a deposit to start, a payment at design approval, and the balance at launch. Ongoing care plans are billed monthly or annually, with two months free on annual.

Who owns the code and the design?

You do, in full, once the final invoice is settled. The files are yours, the repository can be transferred to your account, and there is no proprietary system holding your site hostage.

If you decide to work with someone else in two years, they can pick it up without a migration project.

Tell me what you are trying to sell

Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. You describe the business, I tell you what I would build, roughly what it costs, and whether it is worth doing at all.
